Her ADR practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, technology and insurance disputes. She is known for her principled, adaptive approach to the mediation and arbitration process.
In addition to being a lawyer qualified in Ontario, Québec and New York State, Kim is also a Chartered Mediator (C.Med.), a registered trademark agent and a registered patent agent.
